Refund policy

15-day refund window from date of purchase.

Email Support@elemnopins.com with your order info and indicate the reason for the return. Please note if you'd prefer a store credit, exchange, or refund

Return Policy - all SALE, special order, or personalized items are not subject to return or refund. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery to be eligible refund, or within 30 days for store credit or exchange. Additional details are below.

If any exceptions to our return policy are made, your return may be subject to a 15%  re-stocking fee.

Refunds - After a return has been received, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. PayPal orders will be refunded via PayPal. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your return has been processed.

Exchanges - Exchanges may be made within 30 days of your delivery. Products returned must be in a new and unused condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. Additional shipping charges may apply to deliver your new product. 

Timing - For a refund back to your credit card, items must be returned within 15 days of delivery of your order, must be in new and unused condition, and must contain all original packaging and accessories. Gift certificates and/or other items that carry financial value cannot be returned. Items returned within 30 days of delivery are allowed to be returned for store credit. Store credit will be valid for 1 year from the issue date. Items returned for store credit must be in a new and unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories. 

Discounts and Promotions - The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift or discount.
